Resumen
The main content of this document present the territorial characterization of the farm "El Regalo" which is located in Ceniceros, township Guaduas- Cundinamarca. also the engineering development project, focus on hog production system associated with fish farming and vermiculture, the use of solid organic waste using appropriate technologies seeking an valuation of these, plus the territorial compatibility of the investment project with the PBOT of the municipality where it is set to use traditional farming and conservation. based on this technical-legal feasibility is determined, finally it includes the technical management programs, industrial safety and occupational health each developed through the proposed 18 subprograms, 3 and 4 respectively.
