Apoyo administrativo y técnico en la Federación Colombiana de Karate Do

Abstract

In the federation, there is evidence of a need for administrative and technical support in national and international events, this in order not to generate work overload in the technical secretariat that it has. The federation to avoid this, decided increase the technical support staff for the events from July to October, in this way leave the vacancy of university intern who had knowledge about the planning of events, marketing management in social networks, as well as knowledge about managing databases and verification of sports results (Ranking). During those months, calculated an advance with respect to the more equitable division of tasks within the Federation, sport was promoted more through digital media, in addition to better management of the data to define the athletes that would make up the Colombian team in the events international.
