Resumen
The geometry and configuration of a monophasic topology used as channel for communication signals is enabled as transmission line in distributed parameters and is characterized by trans- fer functions, to operate at frequencies between 1.8 MHz and 30 MHz, which corresponds to bandwidth a system with BPL technology. To determine, to model and design the different types of filters that present the channels that set the loads derived from a monophasic topology to model on transmission lines of a house, techniques are used synthesis of networks, which reproduce the transfer functions of the channels at lumped parameters. In the event that in channel that establish the load derived farthest from BPL source, pre- sent filter, its operation is verified, replacing the load derived by estimated filter. The expected behavior in the transfer function of the channel with the replacement, inferred the existence of similar results in terms of signal to noise ratio and channel capacity, to validate the proposed method.
