La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el informe del inspector general del ramo, en el cual se pronuncia que deben empezar a realizar la elaboración de informes por parte de los inspectores, por parte del servicio de aseo se siente bastante satisfecho por la limpieza de las calles, carreras, rejas, tapas de hierro de los caños, no se presentaron los 40 reclusos ni un escolta el cual los custodiaría para vigilar la limpieza de los cauces y riberas de los ríos y arroyos que atraviesan la ciudad, de los 50 carros que trabajan a diario solamente 2 conductores presentan su uniforme, Noticia publicada en el Diario Oficial No. 11397 Pag 30. 14 de enero de 1901
