Resumen
Due to the drawbacks of the use of agrochemicals in the soil as the techniques that contribute to the degradation of its structure and the organisms that inhabit it, and in turn in the loss of sustenance for plants in natural ecosystems or in agroecosystems, it is that paradigm shifts towards more sustainable processes are being presented. Therefore, the purpose of this work was to estimate the colonization of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (MA) in two types of agroecosystems, one conventional and one organic, to identify if they are affected by the agricultural model used. Roots of the species Solanum tuberosum L were reviewed in two potato varieties: pastusa and parda pastusa; colonization was estimated, finding a slight difference between the two agroecosystems regarding the management of each one, this because in the soil analyzes presented similarities that possibly influenced such colonization, for example high levels of K, P, and N, as differences in pH. In addition, it was found that not only this type of fungus colonized these plants, so do the Dark Septate Endophytes (DSE).
