Uno de ellos ataca injustamente a la administración ejecutiva. “Bandera Nacional” es uno de los periódicos mencionados. Desde su anuncio, se ha opuesto sistemáticamente a la administración. Su estilo es áspero e insolente. “La Bandera Negra” es un diario político-religioso que combate las imputaciones calumniosas y las opiniones exageradas de “Bandera Nacional”. Se publica los domingos. “El Baluarte” es un periódico semanal que tiene como objetivo principal combatir todas las críticas, con o sin razón, hacia la administración. Responde a los cargos que esta hace a la oposición. “La Banderola” y “El Mamotreto” tienen el mismo objetivo que “El Baluarte”. “El Gallardete” es un papel original y gracioso, desde su forma hasta su estilo, que es jovial y a menudo lleno de humor.
