Resumen
The image contains news about the installation of extraordinary sessions of the provincial Legislature on the 15th. The Governor addressed a message to the Deputies highlighting several critical points and proposing necessary reforms for the administration of justice. The message highlights the difficulties derived from the annulment of ordinance 195 by the Supreme Court of the Nation, which had organized the judicial circuits. Problems arose related to the division of judicial circuits, the allocation of judges and employees, the separation of civil and criminal businesses, and the creation of the Criminal Court. Additionally, the need to establish clear rights for trustees and depositaries in commercial lawsuits is addressed. The Governor asks the Legislature to sanction a new ordinance that contains the annulled provisions of 195, and suggests waiting for Congress to resolve the suppression of the Cáqueza circuit. The message urges the Legislature to examine and resolve other pending issues, such as the accounts of the provincial Treasury Administrator and the Trustee of the Charity Hospital, as well as the creation of an employee necessary for the office's accounting. News published in El Repertorio. February 21, 1854.
