Resumen
Codensa is one of the companies belonging to the Enel group responsible in Colombia of the distribution and sale of electricity in a big part of Colombian territory. The activities related to the maintenance in medium and low tension are carried out for contractors companies. The electrical industry expects high growth according to the state programs consequently with this the demand for personnel inside to the contractors companies has increased considerably but given the specific skills and abilities to perform activities such demand has not been covered by the market. With the aim to reduce the demand of personnel codensa designs the project in which one of its stages seeks to train with the SENA young graduates in the skills required by the industry to be linked to the contractors. However is observed that into the project planning not displayed a strategy of inclusion of personal that allows linking the talent appropriate for the contractors companies, reason that is carried out the proposal by the students of the Distrital University.
