Resumen
In this paper can be found an interpretation within the history and literature presented in the novel La carroza de Bolivar written by Evelio José Rosero. Thereto, it is necessary to expose the features related to the historic novels as a fictional genre. It is remarkable that in this kind of narratives coexist as a way to endure history and literacy in a positive way. Hereafter (Subsequently), it points out the way of La Carroza de Bolívar as a historical fictional work and how the literacy and history works as a mainline of the whole of the literary work displaying and demonstrating the use of alegoric figures as a narrative resource including the cultural expressions such as a carnival as main atmosphere of the events portrayed in the novel. In other words, the allegories such as carnival presented by the author in the novel La Carroza de Bolívar is in a certain way to embossed some conflicts presented in the novel along the history. As a demonstration of this, the history as a resource of a hegemonic discourse and the collective consciousness of the peoples, the ancestral wisdom, fanaticism, lawlessness and justice among others. The appreciation of the nature and the characteristics moving between history and fiction inside the La Carroza de Bolívar by Evelio José Rosero is a backbone to understand in an integral way this creation not only as a conflict between the central element which gives some understanding but also the rest of the elements present throughout the history.
