Resumen
The following research project shows the proposal of a Virtual Learning Environment with Gamification VLEG, called Fraction Mission, which aims to generate learning related to the fraction’s interpretation about part-all relation that develops mathematical skills according to the education with technology. The proposal comes up from the seventh-grade students’ difficulties of the Claretiano Bosa School in the morning part-time concerning to the fractions learning and their representations in different contexts. Additionally, Fraction Mission intents to be a new alternative that faces other techniques, models and strategies used for the development of abilities related to the fractions. The VLEG development is based on the hypothetical context of some superhero missions, which generate 6 different phases: a diagnosis, 4 activities and the last one evaluation. Each activity is divided into two moments: one called Mission which refers to the contextualization and feedback of concepts, and another called Challenge where the progress of specific tasks is implemented according to the previous explanation.
