Estructuración de un procedimiento para la elaboración de los Informes de Cumplimiento Ambiental (ICA´s) para los aeropuertos a cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil

Abstract

Environmental Compliance Reports (ICA's) are instruments of prevention, monitoring and control of environmental management for the beneficiaries of environmental licenses, becoming environmental monitoring objectives that must be kept updated before the competent authority. In the Colombian airport sector, crucial for the economy and modality, these reports are mandatory according to Resolution 077 of 2019 and are governed by the Manuel Andres Bello (2002). The Special Administrative Unit of Civil Aeronautics must submit these reports periodically for airports with approved environmental instruments, although there is a challenge in the efficient collection of the necessary information, which motivates the design of a procedure to optimize this process.
