Resumen
The proposal is born from the need to better understand the real state of buildings 7 and 8 of the Technological Faculty of the District University. These spaces have been in operation for many years and have been the setting for research training and university life for hundreds of students and teachers. Over time, they have begun to show signs of wear and various structural pathologies that affect their appearance, function, and in some cases safety. Although these problems are visible in everyday life, there is no study that organizes them and describes them as a whole. The project seeks to fill this gap through a detailed diagnosis supported by digital tools. The main objective is to create a three-dimensional model of the building in Revit that allows for clear view of the structure of the building, this model is fed by photographs inspections and review of plans and is complemented with technical sheets that explain the type of damage its causes and possible implications.

La propuesta nace de la necesidad de entender mejor el estado real de los edificios 7 y 8 de la Facultad Tecnológica de la Universidad Distrital estos espacios llevan muchos años en funcionamiento y han sido escenario de formación investigación y vida universitaria para cientos de estudiantes y docentes. Con el tiempo han empezado a mostrar signos de desgaste y diferentes patologías constructivas que afectan su apariencia su funcionamiento y en algunos casos su seguridad, a pesar de que estos problemas son visibles en el día a día no existe un estudio que los organice los describa y permita comprenderlos en su conjunto. El proyecto busca llenar ese vacío mediante un diagnóstico detallado apoyado en herramientas digitales. El objetivo principal es crear un modelo tridimensional del edificio en Revit que permita ver con claridad la estructura del edificio, este modelo se alimenta de fotografías inspecciones y revisión de planos y se complementa con fichas técnicas que explican el tipo de daño sus causas y sus posibles implicaciones.
