Plan de negocios para la desintermediación de productos agrícolas en Cundinamarca Caso de estudio : Post COVID-19

Abstract

Agrofrost S.A.S. is the initiative that aims to provide a direct channel to encourage participation in the agricultural sector, reducing the links in the production and marketing chain. It is not only directed to the harvest but also to the treatment of raw material for the control of resources and the conception of a business model where intermediaries are not the only ones who can expose their points of view, but it is a network of contacts where they can make themselves known and generate alliances. This initiative is proposed as an alternative to strengthen agriculture, in the context of economic revitalization after the public health emergency caused by COVID19 , aiming at the welfare of Colombian society, especially those who do not have the support of the government or sufficient means to advertise and market their products and services.
