Resumen
Taking into account that the development of activities related to Urban Agriculture in the City has been affected by different problems, the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis in agreement with the Francisco José de Caldas District University, allowed to carry out a work of internship framed in environmental management, which used methodological instruments such as observations "in situ", field notes, training and workshops for users of the Urban Agriculture program to determine the variables associated with two main problems: Adaptation and mitigation to Climate change and the handling of raw food. The aforementioned favored the formulation of a Protocol of Adaptation and Mitigation to Climate Change for urban gardens and an Orientation Guide on Raw Food Handling, aimed at meeting the objectives of the line of work of the technical and operational sub-directorate, in accordance with the environmental responsibility of the institution.
