Abstract

The Iberoamerican Studies Corporation - CIES has always focused its objectives on providing a service with high quality standards, currently counting with the quality certification NTC-ISO 9001: 2008. For the year 2015 the new version of the standard was published ISO 9001, by the ISO International Organization for Standardization, which leads the corporation to carry out a transition plan that allows it to update its management system and comply with the new regulatory criteria that the standard NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 brings Due to the above, the intention of this project is to propose a Transition Plan that allows the Iberoamerican Studies Corporation - CIES the implementation of new regulatory requirements to its management system, complying with each of the changes brought by the update of the norm NTC-ISO 9001: 2015.
