Valoración preliminar de la importancia ambiental de sitios representativos en el territorio ecuatoriano y peruano, con respecto a los ejes ecológico, social y cultural

Abstract

In the present work, a preliminary assessment of the environmental importance of the most representative sites in the Ecuadorian and Peruvian territories was carried out, with respect to the ecological, social and cultural axes, through the design and implementation of a valuation methodology environmental. As part of the development of the mentioned project, the present degree work, which was developed as a monograph, had the purpose of carrying out the investigative process for the countries Ecuador and Peru. For this, initially a bibliographic review of information regarding important aspects to be taken into account to establish the evaluation criteria of the different environmental elements identified in the mentioned territories. Once these criteria were established, the next step was to define the environmental elements to be evaluated, and subsequently to determine the environmental importance of these criteria through the proposed assessment methodology framed in the ecological, social and cultural, based in the information acquired.
