Abstract

This project proposes the development of a web system for the systematization and automation of academic data queries managed by the Technology Coordination for data systematization of the Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas. Currently, the information is disorganized across multiple files and formats, primarily Excel spreadsheets, which hinders efficient editing, analysis, and consultation. The proposed system, through the integration of specific modules, seeks to facilitate access to accurate and up-to-date data on academic positions and the learning outcomes of the technology and engineering program. Furthermore, the project aims to develop an intuitive web interface for administrative users and implement the agile KANBAN methodology.
