Resumen
The Multidrive project was built in a batch which has an area of 1022.45 m2 and a built area of 3114.88 m2 , in its operation will be allocated for commercial use which corresponds to an office building equipped with a basement free with height of 2.28 m and 2.65 m, , a lobby with a height of 3.92 m and height between office floors of 2.72 m. It was built following all national technical standards of construction and design based on earthquake resistant NSR-10 standard. The structural design was made by the company Projects & Designs LTDA, which established the type of structure used in the Multidrive Colina II project based on earthquake resistant NSR-10 standard, which was established that the gantry system using the foundation piles cast in situ screw and Kelly type of 15 m and 30 m deep respectively including decapitate, were used one or more piles of columns and in the case where they were more the same diameter allowed and were separated by a distance of 1.5 times its diameter between edges on the piles rest given specifically bound by tie beams in the perimeter area of the basement retaining walls were built with talons reinforced concrete plates and subfloor with a thickness of 10 cm built in reinforced concrete supported on a granular sub-base of 25 cm thick, which remain at levels as architectural dimensions.
