Decreto Número 1486 de 1902

Abstract

The image contains news about Decree 1486 of 1902, which creates syndicates of the lazarettos in the departments, considers: 1º That it is of the most pressing need to establish lazarettos and improve the existing ones, and that for this it is essential that the national contribution imposed on mortuaries by Laws 113 of 1890 and 170 of 1896, is collected with complete regularity and accuracy and is allocated exclusively to the purpose for which it was created, and 2º That for this purpose it is necessary to create employees to collect said contribution and invest it in accordance with the aforementioned laws as established for the Departments of Cundinamarca and Santander, Decrees: Article 1. Syndicatures of the lazarettos are created in all the departments of the Republic, as has already been verified for those of Cundinamarca and Santander.
