| dc.description | En este programa radial, se aborda la participación activa de las mujeres y jóvenes en los movimientos afrocolombianos, destacando su labor en la construcción de la identidad colectiva y la lucha por los derechos de las comunidades afro. Eva Grueso y Sofía Garzón, dos lideresas afro, reflexionan sobre la importancia de rescatar y fortalecer las raíces culturales afrocolombianas, resaltando que la identidad no está determinada por el color de la piel, sino por la conciencia colectiva de la ascendencia africana. Se habla sobre los retos que enfrentan las mujeres negras en la política, tanto en términos de su participación como en la necesidad de visibilizar su aporte en la lucha por la equidad. Además, se discute el impacto de las leyes como la Ley 70 de 1993 y la importancia de reglamentarlas para mejorar la protección de los territorios afrocolombianos. | dc.description.abstract | In this radio program, the active participation of women and young people in Afro-Colombian movements is addressed, highlighting their work in the construction of collective identity and the fight for the rights of Afro communities. Eva Grueso and Sofía Garzón, two Afro leaders, reflect on the importance of rescuing and strengthening Afro-Colombian cultural roots, highlighting that identity is not determined by skin color, but by the collective consciousness of African ancestry. It talks about the challenges that black women face in politics, both in terms of their participation and the need to make their contribution visible in the fight for equality.
