Planeación del sistema de gestión ambiental bajo los requisitos de la NTC ISO 14001:2015 en la empresa Frigorífico San Isidro S.A.S, ubicada en la localidad de Usme, Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

An Environmental Management System is a process cyclically where they plan, implement, review and improve the ways and actions taken by an organization. Ensuring compliance with environmental policy the environmental goals and aims, based on the prevention of pollution and continuous improvement of environmental performance. Through the develop of the checklist and matrix of environmental performance that makes the first environmental review, prioritization of environmental aspects and impacts and the design of the legal parent was possible to set up plans and programs for the prevention, mitigation and control of significant environmental aspects, among which are: the plan of integrated waste management, the program of saving and efficient use of water, the savings program and rational use of energy, environmental education program, the composting program and finally the program degradation of organic matter in liquid waste. In the same way the documentation environmental management system was developed, this documentation is composed by the characterization of processes and their respective procedures. Giving a starting point to Fridge San Isidro S.A.S to make the manage system within the organization.
