Abstract

In this document, sustainable inter-dimensional guidelines for the management of water security are formulated in the municipality of Madrid, Cundinamarca, after having made a description of the water resources conditions from the components: quality, supply and demand, policies and infrastructure of water security, an analysis of the pressures in each component by the political-institutional, ecological-environmental, technical-economic and socio-cultural dimensions of sustainable development through a combined matrix of the Pressure, State and Response method-PER, with the methodology of Environmental Impact Assessment-EIA, proposed by Vicente Conesa and adjusted by the working group, and an inter-dimensional interpretation of the pressures identified from the method of structural analysis, Mic Mac.
