Abstract

This work is developed from the need to identify activities to implement systems of social responsibility in the mining sector of the sidewalk Padilla of the municipality of Mosquera, to formulate appropriate strategies and ensure its maintenance of developed a methodology based on the identification of stakeholders and their expectations, taking into account the resources of these companies and the scope of the system as a result of this work was a guide of social responsibility which contains the relevant aspects of the research such as the legal and conceptual framework, the theoretical framework and formulated programmes to improve the quality of life of nearby residents, the workers of the mining companies and their families, improve the environmental quality of the environment and increase the acceptance of Community companies increasing their productivity and corporate image. The developed methodology considers the stages or phases of investigation, characterization, diagnosis and action, in these stages it investigates about current environmental legal regulations in the mining sector, those relating to corporate social responsibility, are carried out surveys to stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations, the relevant analysis is carried out taking into account the resources and scope of the mining companies of the sidewalk Padilla of the municipality of Mosquera , and are formulated programmes to be implemented, to ensure its maintenance in time and the objectives are formulated indicators of management, which may be revised and socialized to the community, for the efficient and transparent control of the activities.
