Informe del montaje de grado de la pieza coreográfica Tanshiua

Abstract

The document shows the creative process of the staging named Tanshiua. Tanshiua, proposed as the undergraduate thesis project, was directed by Catalina González and Sonia Jaramillo. It describes the development and the personal experience from being a director and the elements that are used to create, direct and perform an artistic work. First, it presents the starting point and motivation to develop the stating. Second, it evidences the importance of making choices as a director when it comes to direct a choreographic composition that shows group work, academic and personal work. Moreover, this thesis project, presents the management and production of a choreography and the learning that comes from being part of a creative work, when it is possible to face situations that can stop or improve de development of the proposal, that at the end, also enrich our professional education. Finally, this experience highlights how important is communication and respect in order to develop a successful choreography, with the support of the other different artistic fields.
