Resumen
This monographic work seeks to recover, describe and analyze the strategies and processes of community work that have supported the joint construction of an imperfect peace within Las Margaritas I and II residential complexes, located in the 8th Locality of Kennedy in Bogotá, with a population victim of the internal armed conflict, to identify and characterize the problems experienced by residents of these residential complexes in the process that has allowed them to inhabit this urban space, which was granted to them by the Santos Government. Observe how, within these groups, people from different parts of the country live, with different beliefs, ways of perceiving problems and stories, as well as ways of understanding and addressing solutions. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and describe the memory of the intervention processes from the community work with the leaders and the population in general of the groups and the assistance from the public and private institutions in a qualitative, inductive and interpretative investigation with the method of the Participatory Action Research (P.A.R).
