Propuesta Para la Restructuración de la Gestión Para la Producción en Fanteny Ltda.

Abstract

Throughout this paper, the authors developed a proposal to improve the management system for production that Fanteni Ltda. had a micro company due to the shoe manufacturing, with an empiric functioning, administrative and productive. This work proposal will allow us to make an efficient use of tools and resources the company actually has, stablishing an optimal level of production making a improvement the production and projecting the level of demand through proper techniques of forecast.To achieve this objective, the authors made an structured observation, forecast techniques of operation and administration, treatment of historical data and forecast. Finally obtaining a data base that allows a proposal to the company, the main plan of production, sales plan and operations, administration inventory, requirements plan and a series of documental tools of management and control that permits a better organization in the company process.
