Abstract

The image contains news about the circular sent by the president of the commission appointed by the health board and the public authorities to dictate all the measures that tend to prevent the appearance of cholera or at least mitigate its terrible effects, along that it is answered that the designation of the priests who must administer the sacraments and provide other services to the sick in the various hospitals to be established in this city, if cholera were to unfortunately arrive, in this case the secondary and regular priests would offer their home regardless of whether they had to live with the infected since the important thing is to accompany them and help their improvement as much as possible, willing to ensure the well-being of these patients as part of their works of charity.
