La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el Decreto 39 de 1900, mediante el cual el Alcalde de Bogotá, indica que los negocios en curso que se salvaron del incendio de las Galerías, ocurrido el 20 de mayo de 1900, y que corresponde al Juzgado 3° Municipal, se repartirán entre los dos juzgados que le preceden y este mismo, conforme a las reglas lo establezcan.
