Abstract

In Colombia, the poultry activity has developed rapidly, allowing employment for many people. In the department of Cundinamarca there are many poultry industries that are dedicated to the profit and commercialization or the raising of the chicken, in this case the company is in charge of the profit and commercialization. This industry Santa Ana is one of the most organized in the municipality, although the municipality are other plants for the benefit of birds, many of them are illegal because they do not comply with the regulations required to develop the activities of sacrifice and large points of pollution as it is with nearby rivers. The purpose of this work is the formulation of the integral management plan for solid-liquid waste and confiscation in the Santa Ana and CIA Ltda. Special Poultry Processing Processing Plant, which must be implemented in the beneficiation facilities, bearing in mind that This plan is a requirement for obtaining a discharge permit before the CAR under the guidelines of Decree 3930/10. The formulation of the document is in order to mitigate, control, prevent, correct the environmental impacts that are being generated in the slaughter plant that do not have an adequate final disposition of the waste.
