Abstract

In this edition of "Tripulantes," participants Natalia, Samuel, David, Michael, Johan, and Camilo embark on a reflection on teachers' attitudes in the classroom. Through the radio soap opera "Professor El Bistec," which narrates the transformation of a teacher from a "terror teacher" to an enthusiastic educator thanks to the intervention of students and psychological support, the program invites discussion about the characteristics of a good teacher and how these influence learning. The program addresses the tradition of giving apples to teachers and shares personal experiences of memorable teachers, concluding with a call for empathy, respect, and appreciation of the teaching profession as a fundamental pillar for building peace in education.
