Resumen
Currently, new information technologies have caused the world generates a recent dynamic in the way it develops communication alternatives that allow from a technological device was accessed anywhere through cyberspace, however, this technological development has made culture immersed in the symbolic language representations by using technology, giving way to the rise of the construction identity new forms and sense of belonging through the so-called Cyberculture. From there, it seek to investigate how in a public school in Bogotá the human rights theoretical teaching is related to the students` daily life, regarding the use of social networks, specifically Facebook and WhatsApp and their impact on the privacy right. Because of this, the research purpose is to identify social networks incidence on privacy right and the relationship to Cyberculture concept from new information technologies perspective and human rights in students. Also, to be able to ask the following question that will guide the research, What is the relationship that emerge between the privacy right and social networks, in terms of the new meanings construction and attribution from Cyberculture concept in a public school students in Bogota?. Based on the research question, to identify which resignification in the Cyberculture is given by the students to the privacy right. An interpretative methodological approach was used for this development with the support of quantitative and qualitative techniques. In order to perform an analysis from the students' reality perspective, discussion groups were conducted as a social research tool to make easier the interaction with students, analyzing the feeling of their practice with social networks (Facebook and WhatsApp) and the imaginary of intimacy, therefore the resignification from the Cyberculture with the privacy right.
