Evaluación de la calidad de agua por medio de parámetros fisicoquímicos y parámetros biológicos en la quebrada Padre de Jesús

Abstract

This study was carried out to establish the degree of contamination present in the Quebrada Padre de Jesús located in the locality of Santa Fe through the physicochemical (ICA) and biological indexes (Index of diversity alpha, BWMP, ASP and EPT). 3 sampling points in this ravine and sampling for 3 days. For the calculation of the ICA, measurements of (pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, total dissolved solids and COD) were carried out, and for the biological indexes the sampling technique was carried out by sweeping trying to collect the largest number of individuals present in the bento of this stream. In addition, the Pearson index correlated the occurrence of the macroinvertebrate families with the variation of the physicochemical parameters found.
