Resumen
De Venires is a work by composer William Durán Suárez, performed by the Ensamble de Percusión Latina ASAB under his direction. This piece was performed by a group of talented students from the Faculty of Arts ASAB, who participated with a wide variety of traditional and symphonic percussion instruments.
The ensemble was formed by: Jhon Esteban Esteban Pineda Arévalo (mats, triangle), Diego Felipe Aristizábal Aponte and Daniel Felipe Turriago Varela (Pacific bass drum), Miguel Ángel González Henao and Juan Camilo Pantoja Pasos (joyful drum, Caribbean bass drum), César Augusto Ausique García and Daniel Felipe Melo Garzón (guasá), Camilo Eduardo González and Gabriel Alejandro Palomino Prieto (bongó, Juliana Quintero Gavilán and Nichols David Nicoyembe Rodríguez Vargas (Itótele), Mariana Lucía Moreno Saavedra, María Alejandra Tapias Salamanca and Juan Felipe Rodríguez (redoblante), Santiago Andrés Malagón Roncancio and David Felipe Fajardo (claves), and Juan Camilo Ramírez Pozo (esterilla, triangle).
The sound production was in charge of Daniel Pardo, Karen Pachón and David Gil; the lighting was done by Francisco Robles and José de los Santos; and the audiovisual recording, in photography and video, by María Fernanda Vargas and Jeison Narváez. General production was led by Carlos Andrés Mejía and Francisco Méndez.
This project was coordinated by the Curricular Program of Musical Art (PCAM), under the direction of Manuel Bernal Martínez, and the institutional support of the Faculty of Arts ASAB, under the deanship of Dora Lilia Marín Díaz.
