| dc.description | The Community Radio stations in Colombia have allowed the advance of talkative processes and of civic participation as any other means of communication media has reached it. However, the in charge institutions of looking after the handling of such radio stations, from the technical point of view and of administration; they have suffered of infrastructure and support to calculate their parameters; to manage, to standardize, and in general, to enrich the databases of the same ones with the objective that the duplicity of information is eliminated and they are upgraded with comfort the data of the licensees. This article shows the design, development and implementation of functions in software for the calculation of the radio stations, and the administration of the information of the existent ones, from the technical, juridical and financial point of view. This technological product, allows from its information, to endorse the operation of new radio stations, being this commercial ones or of public interest. | en-US |
| dc.description | Las emisoras comunitarias en Colombia han permitido el avance de procesos comunicativos y de participación ciudadana como ningún otro medio de comunicación lo ha hecho. Sin embargo, las instituciones encargadas de velar por el manejo de tales emisoras, desde el punto de vista técnico y de gestión, han carecido de infraestructura y soporte para calcular sus parámetros y manejar, estandarizar y en general enriquecer las bases de datos de las mismas con el objetivo de que se elimine la duplicidad de información y se actualicen con comodidad los datos de los licenciatarios. Este artículo muestra el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de funciones en software para el cálculo de las emisoras y la gestión de la información de las existentes, desde el punto de vista técnico, jurídico y financiero. Este producto tecnológico permite, desde su información, avalar el funcionamiento de emisoras nuevas, ya sean comerciales o de interés público. | es-ES |
