La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el acuerdo número 11 que acuerda crear una junta central de higiene que tendrá como objetivo la de propagar la vacunación a la población como medida preventvia a la epidemia que vivel la ciudad, para ello se acuerda un encargado que tendrá las obligaciones de estas jornadas de vacunación y sus respectivos informes.
