dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del contrato para la conducción del correo de la línea directa del sur de Bogotá a Popayán y varias transversales. Donde el contratista tiene la obligación de transportar el correo con regularidad y seguridad, suministrar los elementos de transporte necesarios para dicho fin y hacerse responsable de la pérdida o extravío del correo. Y donde también el gobierno tiene la obligación de pagar el precio pactado en el contrato y suministrar los útiles de carga necesarios para el transporte del correo.
