The image contains news about the contract for the conduction of mail on the direct line from the south of Bogotá to Popayán and several transversal lines. Where the contractor has the obligation to transport the mail regularly and safely, provide the transport elements necessary for this purpose and be responsible for the loss or misplacement of the mail. And where the government also has the obligation to pay the price agreed in the contract and supply the loading tools necessary for the transportation of the mail. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del contrato para la conducción del correo de la línea directa del sur de Bogotá a Popayán y varias transversales. Donde el contratista tiene la obligación de transportar el correo con regularidad y seguridad, suministrar los elementos de transporte necesarios para dicho fin y hacerse responsable de la pérdida o extravío del correo. Y donde también el gobierno tiene la obligación de pagar el precio pactado en el contrato y suministrar los útiles de carga necesarios para el transporte del correo.
