Explor-arte para abrazarte

Abstract

This degree work “Explor-arte para abrazarte” is under the modality of Investigación Creación of the Especialización en Desarrollo Humano con Énfasis en Procesos Afectivos y Creatividad. It develops how to strengthen the capacities of emotional understanding, freedom of expression, practical reason and affiliation (Nussbaum, 2012) from the exploration of emotions and artistic languages. This in order to enhance the human development of boys and girls between 6 and 9 years old from the action of choosing how to manage and express their emotions, through twelve workshops where the eight basic emotions proposed by Goleman are worked on ( s / f) navigating the self, the other and the us. These twelve workshops are compiled in the guide “Explorarte para abrazarte. Guía para el docente”. There, the step-by-step for conducting the workshops is described along with the support and audiovisual material for each one of them. It also the blog “Explorate para abrazarte. Bitácora del estudiante” can be found, which accompanies the process of each participant in the workshop, allowing her/his personal work to be captured.
