Estructuración de una empresa de diseño e implementación de sistemas de control remoto de luminarias

Abstract

The project is part of the need for cities, municipalities, and companies to achieve energy efficiency, which allows them to reduce the environmental and budgetary impact of their operation. The migration to low consumption technologies and managed through remote systems is a global trend, especially in large cities that expect to achieve reductions of up to 40% in consumption. In Colombia, Bucaramanga is an example of efficient and low-consumption public lighting, Medellín has made progress in pilots in which significant reductions are evident. Buildings, houses, industries, warehouses and in general a growth of the sector, under the concept of intelligent constructions, favor the entry of service providers, inputs, and maintenance of remote space management systems. Specifically, the project presents the evaluation of the formation of a company dedicated to the design and implementation of remote systems for the control of luminaires, based on the methodology of formulation and project management, from the technical, administrative, and financial aspects.
