Propone dividir la guardia municipal en tres categorías: activa, auxiliar y de reserva. También se define la composición de la guardia, la ordenanza establecía los mecanismos para la formación de las listas de individuos que debían prestar servicio. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the objected ordinance project which seeks to establish a clear and detailed organizational structure for local security forces, defining their functions, composition and hierarchies. He proposes dividing the municipal guard into three categories: active, auxiliary and reserve. The composition of the guard is also defined, the ordinance established the mechanisms for the formation of lists of individuals who had to serve.
