Abstract

The image contains a news item about the public order situation that occurs on Tenth Street, which the police control, but because of the behavior of those involved who refuse to comply with the ordinances and also insult them, they have to be taken to the Permanence Institution. It is also mentioned that this practice is not only committed by the people of the town but also by any person, alluding that this is a product of poor education, therefore Mr. Heriberto Alavarez in his petition requests that the press support the process and show the problem that is triggered on the sidewalks of Tenth Street. Finally, it is mentioned that most of the offenders are people who go to the Chicherías or to the homes of women of known bad life and it is requested to close these places or control the activities that take place in them.
