98% of the clients managed by the JASB Business Group are state entities. At JASB, there is a market focused on tenders with the government sector where the provision of services focused on Project Management is specialized with a target market centralized in consulting for civil works, roads and buildings. Likewise, the Business Group is made up of various companies, headed by Engineer Jorge Álvaro Sánchez Blanco acting as a natural person, who has more than 20 years of experience in the state contracting market focused on consulting. The business group has 3 SAS companies, which fulfill specific functions and are strategically formed with the aim of upplying different consulting markets, including the telecommunications market, government project management, environmental projects, consultancies focused on collection of baseline type information for social consultancies, among others. Currently, its business group has approximately 1,000 executed contracts, which generate a competitive advantage in terms of the firms' experience in state contracting processes. With the aim of increasing business acquisition capabilities with state entities, as well as having modern tools that meet the current standards of the public bidding market, a diagnosis is sought under established and control parameters, which allow generating opportunities for improvement in accordance with the current situation in current legislative aspects, as well as a view of the market focused on the Internet of Things, specifically in the management of big data and data analysis that allow increasing the competitiveness of firms and generating growth.
