La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del acuerdo que reforma el presupuesto del corriente año de 1871 de la municipalidad de Bogotá en donde en la primera parte se estipula el presupuesto de rentas, en donde el artículo 1: manifiesta que los gastos de la administración pública se harán de la resta de las rentas y contribuciones municipales por el tiempo que falte para concluir el año económico. Dentro de la segunda parte en el presupuesto de gastos se manifiesta en el artículo 1 que se abrirán créditos al ordenador de gastos para grabar la cuenta general del tesoro por lo que se causen en el servicio de los diferentes departamentos en el tiempo que falte para concluir el año.
