Resumen
The analysis of last mile logistics presents a series of operational and coordination challenges that directly impact performance metrics within logistical systems, particularly in high-uncertainty environments such as humanitarian logistics. In this context, common issues in conventional logistics, such as inventory discrepancies or delayed deliveries, directly affect the suffering of individuals and can become a critical measure for evaluating the efficiency of disaster response. This research examines how humanitarian aid deliveries were carried out in the 2023 disasters in Libya, Morocco, and Afghanistan, analyzing the distribution performance and its relationship with human suffering. Through an agent-based simulation (MBA), interrelated factors were identified and more efficient alternatives for aid delivery were proposed, aiming to optimize logistical response in disaster situations.
