Resumen
Identify the environmental impacts of the illegal extraction of gold mining deposits in zones of influence of the ELN, the organized armed groups (GAO), and the residual GAOs when establishing the affectation to the natural resources of the area affected by this criminal phenomenon. For this, the systematic bibliographic review related to the environmental impact generated by the alluvial mining was used mainly and based on this apply the common framework Pressure - State - Response (PER) of the OECD adapted for the military forces. With this it was possible to verify some of the affectations that the illicit extraction of mineral deposits generates, in the water, the soil, the fauna and the local flora, where the majority of impacts are persistent in the environment, as is the mercury in the soil, and finally establish what are the answers or solutions that the Military Forces of Colombia can generate in the face of this criminal activity.
