Abstract

This project focuses on the telecommunications sector, specifically the collaboration between Oracle and Entel, a telecommunications service provider. Oracle, an international company known for its technological solutions, including database management and system maintenance, is contracted by Entel to innovate and improve their services in a highly demanding and competitive environment. The project involves the design and implementation of the OSM (Order and Service Management) and UIM (Unified Inventory Management) systems, which play a crucial role in the orchestration of orders and manipulation of essential elements. The ultimate goal is to enhance the connectivity and service offerings for both mobile and fixed telecommunications services, such as telephone and television, for various private sector companies. This document outlines the step-by-step process, from design to production, of this project.
