Nota sobre Industria Infantil

Abstract

The image contains a news item about the Note on Children's Industry that demonstrates the benefits that the Society of homeless children begins to give as philanthropic and as an industrial element. Therefore the Executive Power has imposed itself with satisfaction in said note by which it serves to participate that in said establishment are manufactured by the orphans, metal buttons of those used by the Military College, a kepis of the form and kind that the Colombian Guard is accustomed to, enclosing that they can be sold to the Government at prices lower than those brought from abroad. Finally the Government is pleased to know that such establishment not only saves from misery and abandonment the children in misfortune, but that they have a job and remunerate such protection to the society by means of the infantile industry, is signed by Napoleon Borrero.
