Resumen
This research aims to define circularity guidelines for post-consumer waste from the textile sector, using the single case study methodology. During the two first phases, the methodology proposed helped to identify the variables present in documents generated by institutions, governments, educational institutions and unions that standardize and structure the value chain of the textile industry at a global and local level; the previous identification was done employing the Document Analysis technique with MAXQDA software. In the next phase, the behaviour of the variables identified was evaluated under the context of a post-consumer waste circularity project implemented in the textile sector as an experiential application by the researcher. Besides, it was validated by the Expert Judgment tool who rated the Influence and Impact between the variables "Actors" and "Stages of the Process" of the value chain of the textile sector with the "Components" of the Circular Economy Model implemented. Finally, the methodology led us to the approach of strategies through the IGO (Importance and Governance) Matrix in a list of guidelines that are suggested to be applied in any company which wants to transform or create a textile value chain with circularity characteristics for its products which will be named after their use as "post-consumer waste".
