Abstract

With the creation of the programmatic content management system, the curricular project of data systematization and telematics engineering will be allowed to have a tool that facilitates the availability, accessibility and integrity of the topics and subtopics associated in each of the subjects taught in the same. Five modules were taken into account for its development, the first consists of the creation of users, the second is responsible for the administration of topics, in third place is the subtopic administration module, the fourth allows the generation of reports . and reports and finally we find the module for assigning roles and permissions. The work is based and implemented with programming in PHP language, supported by a MySQL storage system and the Laravel framework. The implementation is carried out in accordance with the SCRUM methodology, which in turn has been divided into 4 phases which are the following: analysis, design, implementation and testing.
