Abstract

This document studies the factors and feasibility for the formal business constitution of CS Consultores in the Colombian context, including in the analysis the impact of the implementation of digital tools as a means of support for the construction process in us country. The main objective is to realize the business model and the business plan for the formal business constitution of CS Consultores applying the guidelines, strategies and opportunity analysis necessary to undertake. This proposal is characterized by the constitution of a design and consulting company that seeks to follow the guidelines of new technologies and application of new methodologies that set a global standard and that at a national level are barely entering and provide future customers with benefits of applying methodologies supported by digital tools or also known as BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodologies in buildings of different kinds.
